Brent T. Walls, CPA, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in both West Virginia and Florida and serves as the President and Founder of Walls & Associates, PLLC. Brent earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Marshall University in Huntington, WV.

Brent’s career began in 2008 as the financial manager for his mother-in-law’s business before transitioning to public accounting in 2012. His public accounting experience includes working in the tax division of a top 20 accounting firm in the nation. Brent has extensive expertise in tax preparation and review for a variety of entity types, tax planning, federal and state tax notice responses, final tangible repair regulations, and state tax credit calculations. His work also covers consolidated and multi-state tax returns, including the West Virginia Manufacturing Investment Tax Credit and the West Virginia Economic Opportunity Tax Credit.

Specializing in Subchapter C and S corporations, partnerships, LLCs, individuals, nonprofit organizations, trusts, and estates, Brent’s industry experience spans energy, manufacturing, and real estate. He is also highly skilled in providing CFO services to clients.

Brent is an active member and supporter of several professional and community organizations, including:
